Joad Construction Limited has Engineers with vast experience from different backgrounds howev-er, the lead Construction Engineer, Mr. Xu Yungjun brings on board over 30years of experiencecouple with unique set on ability in the construction field as he has carried out state of the artprojects both in Asia and Africa. Mr. Xu holds an A class license from the Registered QualificationCertificate Associate of Constructors from the People's Republic of China which allows him to un-dertake complex construction projects.
